Our Mission: To support the administration of Montessori schools by providing opportunities for renewal, networking, continuing education, and the exchange of ideas and experiences; address the staffing needs of Montessori schools by supporting AMI Training Centers, Teacher Trainers and Trainers-in-training, as well as recruiting candidates for teacher-training; and work in partnership with AMI and the AMI training centers to promote children's issues and a greater understanding of the Montessori approach to education as an "aid to life."
Membership benefits include access to and participation in MAA's Google discussion group as well as discounts at MAA's annual retreat. In addition, school membership benefits include a listing in the "Find a School" section of Mariamontessori.com, access to the "member's only" section of the MAA website and access to mentorship.
