YOUNG EXPLORERS:

Primary: 3-6 years

 Scroll Down To Register
Young explorers chart their course throughout the day under the guidance of our trained Montessori Young Explorersteacher Melissa Cole and Outdoor Educator Amalia Fernand. The Montessori classroom expands to include interactive gardens, outdoor water play, picnics, science experiments, and good ol' summer time fun and relaxation. The children plant, tend, harvest and cook the produce they grow for a hands on experience with food production.

Weekly themes guide your child's exploration of a variety of environmental topics.  Children create arts and crafts, explore the 8-1/2 acre campus on nature walks, get an "up-close" look at plants and critters using magnifying glasses and even go on scavenger hunts!  Of course, songs, stories and games are a regular part of their days at camp too!

Campers may attend the primary classes on a weekly basis or for the whole summer. Half and full day schedules are available.
