A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due with each application. The deposit will be deducted from the final tuition payment. Payment is required to reserve class placement.
NEW ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT
A non-refundable $500 deposit must be paid within one week of receiving an acceptance letter. The deposit is deducted from the final tuition payment and is required to reserve class placement.
The second enrolled sibling receives a 5% tuition reduction. Additional siblings receive a 10% tuition reduction.
Statements are emailed on the 30th day of each month. Payments are due on the 10th day of the following month. Charges will reflect the amount specified on the tuition agreement as well as childcare used beyond the hours specified on the tuition agreement.
LATE PAYMENT CHARGE
A late charge of $15 per month is assessed when the balance due is $25 or more and payment has not been received by the 10th of the month it is due. In the event a tuition or childcare payment becomes two months in arrears, the student will not be allowed to continue in the program.
RETURNED CHECK CHARGE
A charge of $20 is assessed for all checks or EFTs returned because of insufficient funds or invalid account numbers.
LATE PICK-UP CHARGE
A fee of $20 is charged for every 15 minutes (or increments there of) a child is at school after closing time (5:30 pm).
Students may stay beyond their scheduled class time when space is available. Charges for additional time are calculated by the hour (rounded to the nearest half-hour). The billing cycle is from the 26th day of the previous month through the 25th day of the current month.
Childcare hours are available before and after
Montessori class time as space permits. The school opens at 7:30 am and closes at 5:30 pm.
