4th-6th Grade Boys and Girls Track: Meets are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at SEAS Middle School. Practice Schedule will be out soon. Cost is $25.00 dollars. Please turn in the track forms as soon as possible. Track begins after Spring Break.
2nd-3rd Grade Boys Basketball: Coach McGregor is the head coach. Practice starts on April 8th. It will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school until 4:45. Please register at the LEAP website as soon as possible.

Vision & Hearing Screening
On April 8, 9 & 10, the Grand Traverse County Health Department will be conducting screenings for the following age students:
- Vision: 3 & 4 year olds, grades 1, 3, 5, 7
- Hearing: 3 & 4 year olds, and grades K, 2, 4
If you have questions or do not want your child tested, please contact Colleen at colleen@traversechildrenshouse.org.
Screen Free Week: May 2 - 9
We will kick-off the challenge on Thursday, May 2 from 5 - 6 p.m. at school with fun activities and a snack for the children (Primary and older). Parents please join us in the community room to explore and discuss how to adequately frame and balance tech’s gravitational pull on our (and our children's) time, attention, and curiosity.
On May 9, children who complete the Screen Free Week challenge will receive a certificate for a free ice cream at Moomers! We hope you will take up the challenge. Please sign up to let us know if you will participate in Screen Free Week.

Grandparent's Day - May 24
Mark your calendars! On May 24, we will be hosting our 17th annual Grandparent’s and Special Friends of that Generation Day. If you would like to have your child's grandparents or special friends invited to attend, login to the parent portal to update your family info. Click on the Family Information Access Module tab and then fill out the grandparent section. Be sure to check the box that indicates that you would like them to be invited to Grandparent’s Day. We will not send an invitation if this box isn’t checked. Invitations will be mailed in early May, so please complete this information by April 26. If you have questions, please contact Liz Ammond at liz@traversechildrenshouse.org.
