The Eileen Mikulski Exemplary Volunteer Award
In acknowledgement of the spirit of volunteerism first exemplified at The Children’s House by Eileen Mikulski, this esteemed award is presented to Carrine Pomaranski for her 15 years of selfless work for our school community. Thank you, Carrine!
Annual Fund
We are happy to report that our annual fund has reached $145,298. This includes $38,745 in tuition reimbursements that you, our families, donated back to the school during this most challenging time. Thank you! In addition, our raffle and online gala earned $24,559. If you haven’t given yet, it is not too late. Our fiscal year ends June 30. When you give, your name is included among our list of donors in our annual report - having your name on the list each year shows our greater community just how much our school means to our families. Meals on Wheels - Volunteer Opportunity
March 13 was the last time our school delivered meals to the 10 people on route 43. Due to COVID-19, Meals on Wheels changed their protocol to limit the number of people interacting with their clients. Because our children were a bright light in the lives of these individuals, Virginie Kanner, TCH Parent Volunteer, invites you to mail handmade cards. If you would like to help spread cheer on behalf of TCH, please contact Virginie at vykanner@gmail.com.

The Children’s House Marathon Team
The final numbers are in! The "by foot" crew traveled 1677 miles in May. The "by bike" peddled 1080 miles in 17 days and were gaining quickly on the "by foot" group. I am tremendously proud of all 95 participants. I hope you have started a new habit or reinforced an existing one. We covered over 100 marathons of distance last month. Thank you very much to everyone for doing this, I hope it was fun. Have a great summer and fingers crossed we'll be together when we cover more distance in the fall.
