Grounds Work Bee
Many hands make light work! You can help keep our campus beautiful by signing up now and showing up on October 22. We need help with the following: store tents and umbrellas, remove vines, add limbs and logs to playground, spread wood chips, plant and transplant trees, prep site for fruit trees, remove autumn olive and mulberry, and more!
Shop Your Community Day
Support The Children’s House on Saturday, November 13 just by shopping in Downtown TC! For every purchase you make at participating stores, 15% of the sale will be donated to the non-profit of your choice - please select The Children’s House when you check-out! We were selected as one of the 30 non-profits because we consistently have one of the highest donation amounts at the end of the day. Let’s keep this trend going! Learn more here.
Time to Order Lunch
October Lunch Menu is now available, view menu here.
BATA Update
BATA’s current staffing challenge means our school only has a morning route from Hall Street at 7:30 a.m. to TCH by 7:45 a.m. We hope to resume the afternoon route as soon as possible. Kim and Charlotte are working hard to come up with a creative solution for the afternoon transport! Text Charlotte Smith, TCH Parent, with any questions, concerns, or ideas (312) 391-5535.
Spirit Wear Store is Open!
Get ready to show your school spirit each Friday this school year. Place your order online by October 3.
